Most attacks occur on Lyman front – Ukraine's General Staff

Details: It is reported that the Russians were advancing towards the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Katerynivka, Hrekivka, Olhivka, Novoserhiivka, Nove and near Nadiia.

In total, 81 combat clashes occurred on the battlefield since the beginning of the day. On the Kharkiv front, the Russians made two attempts to advance in the vicinity of Vovchansk and towards Kamianka. On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian defence forces successfully stopped two Russian attempts to advance near Zahryzove.

On the Siversk front, two clashes occurred near Bilohorivka and towards Verkhnokamianske since the beginning of the day, and one clash is currently ongoing.

On the Toretsk front, the Russians made 13 attempts to improve their position. Three combat clashes are ongoing. On the Pokrovsk front, since the beginning of the day, the Russians have made 13 attempts to force Ukrainian defenders from their positions.

Ukraine's defence forces are holding back the Russian offensive and have repelled 10 Russian attacks. On the Novopavlivka front, Russian units attacked Ukrainian troops' positions five times and launched airstrikes near Bahatyr. Four clashes are still ongoing.

On the Huliaipole front, the Russians attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders once. Meanwhile, the Russians conducted airstrikes on Novopil, Huliaipole and Novodarivka. On the Orikhiv front, four clashes occurred.

The Russians are trying to advance near Mali Shcherbaky and Stepove, two clashes are still ongoing. In Russia's Kursk Oblast, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven Russian attacks. The Russians also conducted 3 airstrikes, dropping 5 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 211 artillery attacks.
