New Portuguese ambassador officially begins work in Ukraine
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has received the credentials of the new Portuguese Ambassador, marking the official start of his mission in Ukraine. Before this appointment, Caba?o served as Portugal's Ambassador to Poland.
