Details: The investigators reported that the Russians launched the attack around 05:10. Kharkiv's Osnovianskyi district came under attack.

"The strikes were recorded in a residential area among apartment blocks. Another missile hit a civilian company, causing a fire," the prosecutor's office said.
A 79-year-old man who was in his apartment at the time of the attack was killed.

The children affected include four girls aged 3, 4, 14 and 16 and a 17-year-old boy.
