Details: The Security Service of Ukraine said that in this way, the Russians hoped to kill as many people as possible and thereby cause panic among residents of the frontline region.
It is noted that the counterintelligence exposed the hostile intentions in advance and detained the agent when she was synthesising an explosive.

Later, she began to look for "quick money" on Telegram channels, where she was recruited by a Russian secret service officer. After completing a "test" task - setting fire to a relay control panel - he instructed the girl to prepare a terrorist attack.
For conspiracy purposes, the suspect changed her place of residence and moved to a rented apartment, which she paid for from her handler's crypto wallet. On the Russians' instructions, the agent purchased a thermos in which she was to put the explosive.

During the searches of the detainee's apartment, Ukrainian officers found components for making an explosive device and a mobile phone with evidence of work for Russia.

The investigators served her with a notice of suspicion of preparing a terrorist act. The court imposed on the offender a measure of restraint in the form of detention without the right to be released on bail, prosecutors said.
