UN “appalled” by Russian attack on Reikartz hotel in Zaporizhzhia

Details: Brown said that the number of indiscriminate attacks, which have damaged civilian infrastructure, killing and injuring civilians, "have reached unimaginable levels".

She added that these attacks violate international humanitarian law. Brown called on Russia to comply with its obligations under international humanitarian law and to stop indiscriminate attacks on Ukraine, "in the name of humanity".
