An explosion has rang out in occupied Berdiansk on the afternoon of 12 August. Source: Ivan Fedorov, Mayor of Russian-occupied Melitopol; Petro Andriushchenko, Adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, on Telegram Details: Fedorov said locals reported a large-scale fire near the Koloniia microdistrict.
