Ukrainian servicemen take NATO-standard course in Poland

Ukrainian servicemen have taken a course in civil-military cooperation in Poland in accordance with NATO standards. Details: During the week, the participants studied the planning and conduct of civil-military cooperation activities, the basics of international humanitarian law, a review of the process of military decision-making according to NATO standards, assessing the state of the civilian environment, deploying and operating civil-military cooperation centres, and also took on board international experience in civil-military cooperation and the protection of civilians in armed conflicts. The General Staff said the Ukrainian CIMIC (Civil-Military Cooperation Department) briefed international partners on the specifics of civil-military cooperation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces within the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Upon completion of the course, all participants received the relevant international certificates of completion.
