Delair supplies 150 drones to Ukraine
The French drone manufacturer Delair has delivered a large batch of drones to the Ukrainian Defense Forces. French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu has stated that the company has delivered more than 150 drones. It is noted that the drone models were chosen by Ukraine (the models were not specified), and the funding was provided by the French Republic.
"This is concretely for our industry, and this is concretely for Ukraine," said Sebastien Lecornu. Delair, as one of the world's leading drone manufacturers, has been offering fixed-wing UAVs worldwide since 2011.
DT46 drone by DelairDrones are being developed for border control, intelligence, and special operations forces. "Our drones are designed for continuous use at any time of the year, are reliable and easy to repair, and are equipped with high-quality sensors," the company said.
The company offers its customers the DT46, DT26 Line, and UX11 drones. It is also worth noting that this company was chosen by the French Army to create drones.
DT26 Line drone by DelairThe program is aimed at rapid development of low-cost French remote-controlled drones that will be easy to use and capable of hitting light targets at a range of 5 kilometers. The project, proposed by NEXTER and the French drone manufacturer Delair, is to adapt a fixed-wing drone.
UX11 drone by DelairThis solution will allow the UAV to cover longer distances and operate in open space.
It is likely that the Delair Tech UX11 drone, with a wingspan of 1.1 m and a weight of up to 1.5 kg, will be modified for these purposes.
