Shoigu flew to Belarus to press for further Russian support in the war,

Analysts at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) believe that Shoigu met with Khrenin and Lukashenko, probably in order to pressure Belarus to further support Russia's offensive campaign in Ukraine.
