Design and manufacturing company Ukrainian Armor, in cooperation with several NATO countries, continues to supply ammunition to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. On Friday, September 22, thousands of new scarce 122mm high-explosive artillery rounds were delivered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This ammunition is essential to support Ukrainian offensive operations and liberation of the temporarily occupied territories from the Russian invaders.

The company published photos of trucks with boxes containing artillery rounds and propellant charges. Ukrainian Armor is now working on increasing the production of artillery ammunition many times over.

"The role of artillery in the current war is hard to overestimate. Therefore, the ability to manufacture and supply artillery ammunition is a priority for us. Our company is working to increase monthly production of artillery ammunition. In the near future, we plan to increase the number of 122-mm rounds by several times," said Vladyslav Belbas, General Director of Design and Manufacturing Company Ukrainian Armor.

The 122mm rounds are used in 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers and D-30 towed howitzers.
