ISW warns of potential Russian false-flag attacks in temporarily occupied territories
Russian forces may conduct false-flag attacks in temporarily occupied territories between Sept. 17 and Sept. 20, the Institute for the Study of War said in its latest assessment, citing the Ukrainian Resistance Center. The ISW also said that the discovery of mass graves in Izium confirms their earlier assessments that the Bucha atrocities are emblematic of Russian war crimes taking place throughout the temporarily occupied territories.
