The representatives of Oblast Military Administrations said they were for the most part prepared for the heating season: 99.5% in Chernihiv Oblast and 99.1% in Sumy Oblast. Additional invincibility centres are being set up across the oblasts: 330 in Chernihiv Oblast and 541 in Sumy Oblast. (Invincibility centres are warm-up points that offer Internet access and hot tea and coffee; thousands of such centres have been set up all over Ukraine-controlled territory in winter 2022-23 as Russia targeted Ukraine's energy infrastructure - ed.)
