Defense24 reported on this. According to German information, Ukraine was to receive 200 Zetros trucks in several versions, with another 50 to be delivered in the coming months. The trucks are expected to perform well on difficult terrain, in particular, due to the differential lock, which allows for more efficient transmission of engine torque to the wheels.

Zetros are mainly used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide civilians with essential items in hard-to-reach areas or to transport goods needed to restore damaged areas. These trucks are also used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to transport personnel, provisions, and ammunition. Militarnyi reported in April that Germany supported Ukraine by supplying Zetros trucks from the Bundeswehr's stocks.

The Zetros is considered a direct successor to the legendary Unimog truck line. The truck has two wheel configurations, different wheelbase lengths, and two diesel engines - 326 and 428 hp - that meet Euro 5 standards.

The 4x4 truck can take up to 10 tons on board.

Zetros is available in three versions: Zetros 1833A (4x4), Zetros 2733A (6x6), and Zetros 2743A (6x6).

The military version of the truck can be equipped with an armored cab.
