At 4:15 (Kyiv time), an air-raid warning was issued in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. At 5:02, an air-raid warning was issued in Zhytomyr Oblast.

The all-clear was given at 6:00 in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts.
