Ukraine's Foreign Minister comments on Hungary's threats to block Ukraine's EU accession
Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs, states that at the moment, Hungary's stance on blocking Ukraine's EU accession due to the issue of national minorities does not affect possible start of negotiations about Ukraine's EU accession in December this year.
