Russian forces attacked over 120 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv oblasts over the past day, the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces reported on the morning of Nov.
