Ukraine's Defence Minister and his Latvian counterpart discuss asymmetric responses to Russia on battlefield

Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umierov has stated that he has had a fruitful video conversation with his Latvian counterpart, Andris Spruds. Source: Umierov on Twitter, as reported by European Pravda Details: The Ukrainian official says they discussed possible asymmetric responses to Russia on the battlefield and ways to further deepen defence cooperation between Ukraine and Latvia, especially on UAVs.
