At the same time, 443 settlements remain without electricity due to hostilities and other reasons.

Attacks caused new damage to power grids in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts. Emergency recovery works are carried out depending on the security situation and with the military's permission, the state company explained. Quote: "Over the past day, Ukrenergo restored two high-voltage overhead lines of 330 kV in the southern oblast damaged by extreme weather.

Another 330 kV line was also put into operation to increase the reliability of the power supply in the oblast. Another high-voltage overhead line of 330, which was shut down due to technical reasons, has been restored to operation in the eastern oblast," Ukrenergo added. Reportedly, electricity consumption is increasing under the influence of frosty weather, and repair crews of Ukrenergo and regional power distribution companies are restoring power supply to settlements affected by extreme weather.

"Simultaneous powering of a large number of consumers is a complex technical process that can cause overloading of electric networks and lead to additional technical damage. Use electricity sparingly, especially in the morning and evening - from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00," Ukrenergo urged the consumers. At the same time, one unit of the thermal power plant was taken out for emergency repair, and one unit was returned to operation during the day.

"Despite the shutdown of the power unit, the electricity produced by Ukrainian power plants is sufficient today to meet the needs of domestic and legal consumers. Consumption limits have not been introduced," the message says. There is no electricity export on November 28.

Imports are carried out in the evening hours from Slovakia, Romania, and Moldova, with a total volume of 1358 MWh, with the maximum capacity in individual hours up to 559 MW.

The maximum power of 1200 MW is technically possible.
