Sumy Oblast attacked 17 times on 14 December

Russian troops attacked two hromadas [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories - ed.] near the border of Sumy Oblast on 14 December.  Source: Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of Sumy Oblast Military Administration, on Telegram Details: Russian troops attacked Putyvl hromada on 14 December with 14 mortar bombs. 

Three more Russian mine bombs blew up on the outskirts of Seredyna-Buda hromada.

There were no casualties or damage in both cases.
