An apartment block has been hit. The building is damaged and people may be trapped under the rubble.   Details: Tymoshenko added that emergency services are at the scene.

Earlier, Vilkul reported that Russian missiles had struck Kryvyi Rih during a massive missile attack on Ukraine on the morning of 16 December.

He urged residents not to film or post anything on social media.
