Cars must be equipped with an engine with a capacity of at least 120 hp and a towbar. The SUVs are to be delivered to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine by March 15, 2024.
By this date, all vehicles must be delivered to the military, without any breakdown into batches. Thus, the winner of the tender will have 2.5 months to fulfill this order. The final payment to the supplier will be made only after the vehicles are delivered.
