HIMARS destroyed two 2S9 Nona-S self-propelled mortars in the Zaporizhzhia region

Footage from the SOF`s video Ukrainian artillerymen have successfully hit Russian Nona-S self-propelled mortars in the Zaporizhzhia region. Ukrainian Special Operations Forces said that mortars had been discovered by a reconnaissance drone operator.
"During reconnaissance operations in the Zaporizhzhia sector, operators of one of SOF units discovered two self-propelled mortars," SOF said. Then, SOF operators directed the fire of the US M142 HIMARS rocket system of the Ukrainian Defense Forces at Russian targets. "Thanks to precise adjustments, both self-propelled mortars have been destroyed by the artillery fire," the military noted. Mortars had been discovered near the village of Novomykhailivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.
