Russia claims a drone attack on the Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai. An explosion occurred on the territory of the enterprise, after which a large fire broke out. This was reported by Russian Telegram channels.
The attack on the Russian refinery in the Seversky district of the Krasnodar Krai took place on the night of Friday February 9. Before that, eyewitnesses heard sounds similar to a drone flyby in the sky. According to local residents, the drone hit the territory of the Ilsky oil refinery at about 2 a.m. local time. There was an explosion at the scene and a fire occurred at the enterprise. Eyewitnesses published photos and videos from the scene on social media and local public.
It is stated that by 3 a.m., the fire was allegedly liquidated by the plant's services. According to preliminary data, as a result of the incident, there were no injuries.
