The Foundation's press service announced this on its social media. The transfer took place within the framework of the project called "Prytsilno" (Aimed). These are sights that allow the Ukrainian military to fire American 40mm automatic grenade launchers from a closed firing position.
"This means that 150 units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces have already received 150 sights for Mk 19 automatic grenade launchers, and they are hitting the enemy more accurately than before!" the Foundation shared.

It is emphasized that this sight should help the crews hit the target without additional shooting and fire from safer, closed firing positions. "According to the military's feedback, the ammunition savings have reached more than 50%," the Come Back Alive Foundation emphasized.
The Foundation pointed out that last summer, together with Ukrainer and thanks to responsible Ukrainian businesses and contributions from donors, they raised UAH 13,000,000 within the Aimed project. For the same amount, 25 units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were equipped with sights, which are a unique development of the Come Back Alive Foundation instructors.

In October last year, the first 35 special sights were delivered to the air assault and separate mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The second batch of 60 sights was delivered in December.
The sights are designed based on artillery sights and in addition to Mk 19, it can work with other mortars and grenade launchers of any caliber.
The Come Back Alive Foundation instructors spent 70 days on business trips and traveled about 14,000 kilometers to train all 150 units.
