Defence Forces destroyed R-330Zh Zhitel EW system in Zaporizhzhia

Ukrainian defenders destroyed a Russian R-330Zh Zhitel EW system in the Zaporizhzhia region. Special Operations Forces published a video of the hit of an enemy system with a HIMARS MRL. The military said that during reconnaissance in the Zaporizhzhia sector, the operators of the 3rd Separate Special Purpose Regiment had discovered a R-330Zh Zhitel electronic warfare jamming communication station.

Ukrainian Special Forces adjusted the fire of the missile and artillery unit of the Defense Forces. Judging by the footage of the video, the target effects of the Russian R-330 was carried out by a GMLRS rocket from the American M142 HIMARS multiple launch rocket system.
