Ukrainian Paratroopers Repel Russian Attack Near Kostiantynivka

The Russian command sent tanks and armored personnel carriers from the area of the occupied village of Novomykhailivka to try to advance to the village of Kostiantynivka. To protect against Ukrainian drones, the Russian invaders installed protective grilles on all their equipment.

Artillery, anti-tank systems, and drones were used against the Russian forces. Anti-tank mines were placed along the route of the vehicles.
"Mines, artillery systems, anti-tank missile systems, drones - all this arsenal is destroying the Russian convoy," the paratroopers said. The Ukrainian military used drones to attack the Russian military groups that tried to hide in the forest.
"The remnants of the assault group, who are scattering in panic, are being eliminated by our soldiers," the military added.

Previously, the Ukrainian General Staff reported a difficult situation near the village of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region. There are constant Russian attacks in the Kurakhove sector. In May, the Russians lost up to 11 units of equipment in one attempted assault near Novomykhailivka.
