Russia targeted a total of 12 Ukrainian oblasts - Sumy, Luhansk, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Kherson.

Casualties were reported in the latter three regions.
