Ukrainian Missile Hits Russian 6th Army Command Post Near Shebekino

The Dosye Shpiona Telegram channel reported on this. It is reported that the facility was struck on June 9, 2024. The facility was located on the territory of the Nezhehol recreation center, near the Russian Shebekino village.

The command post was in charge of the units participating in the offensive on the city of Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region.

As of now, eight Russian officers are considered missing.

According to the Dosye Shpiona Telegram channel, the recreation center was on the "target lists" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and intelligence warned the 6th Army command at least a week before the attack. Despite the information about a possible missile strike, no countermeasures were taken. Militarnyi previously reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit a Russian military barracks in the occupied city of Luhansk that was repairing damaged equipment.

On June 7, it was reported that during a night attack by drones on military facilities in the temporarily occupied Crimea, two Russian radar stations were damaged. In addition, one Russian serviceman was reportedly wounded.

The radars were deployed on the territory of the Kazantyp Nature Reserve, where, according to satellite images from 2020, there are specially prepared positions for their deployment.
