Humanitarian disaster that “doesn’t exist”: people stand in lines for porridge and bread in Mariupol
Kostiantyn Ivashchenko, the representative of Mariupol occupation authorities, regularly posts information about the humanitarian aid that the city allegedly receives. In contrast to this, the legitimate Mariupol City Council posted photos that indicate the humanitarian disaster in the occupied city. These pictures show a large crowd of people queuing for food.
"Mariupol. Stability. A queue of thousands for a plate of warm porridge and a loaf of bread.
The propagandists state that there is 'no humanitarian disaster, life has just got a little worse'," emphasised Petro Andriushchenko, Adviser to the mayor of Mariupol.
Adults, children, and the elderly stand in queues for food.
In one of the photos, you can see porridge being poured into a plastic bag.

At the same time, according to Andriushchenko, in Mariupol schools, collaborators conduct lessons on the topic of "Child Rights". Schoolchildren determined their rights by themselves and wrote them on the board. One of the photos posted by the mayor's adviser is a vivid testimony of what children in the occupation lack.
This, in particular, is the "right to food". And also the rights to life, speech, clothing, healthcare and protection. "The children were not told that under the control of Moscow, rights are not something that people have the right to, but a piece of paper that allows them to drive a car," Andriushchenko notes [play on words, in Ukrainian "driving licence" and "human rights" use the same word for "rights"].
