Advertisement:Details: According to Busargin, "early reports indicate that a depressurisation occurred on the gas pipeline near the [the settlement of] Storozhevka due to the abnormal heat, which caused the fire to start". Later, the official added that "the landscape fire has been contained, and the remaining gas is being burned out of the pipeline, after which the combustion will stop".
Advertisement:Meanwhile, Meduza, citing Telegram channels, noted that the fire was visible in the Tatishchevo district of Saratov Oblast, located several kilometres away from the fire site, with flames reaching 50 metres in height.
