Russians strike Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast, killing and injuring women

As a result, two local women were injured, one of whom, aged 66, died.

The second woman, who was wounded, was hospitalised." Details: An investigative-operative group of the Kupiansk District Police Department headed out to the site of the attack, as well as forensic experts and bomb disposal experts. A criminal proceeding into the violation of the laws and customs of war has been initiated under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
