A video of the destruction of Russian equipment during the assault was posted on the brigade's official Telegram channel. According to the brigade, during the first phase of the assault, the enemy moved towards the paratroopers' positions in two convoys, which the unit's aerial reconnaissance quickly detected. The first convoy consisted of five vehicles and tried to pass near Mariinka and approach the positions of the 2nd Battalion.

Due to the timely detection of the enemy, the battalion managed to use most of its own weapons, consisting of both FPV drones and anti-tank missile systems, to destroy the convoy. As a result, three Russian vehicles were destroyed and two were seriously damaged.

The second convoy, which consisted of three vehicles and was moving toward the positions of the 3rd battalion of paratroopers, was also completely destroyed by fire. According to the brigade, in just one combat day, the enemy lost two armored fighting vehicles, two MT-LBs, and one armored personnel carrier.

The damaged equipment included one MT-LB and an advanced Russian T-90M Proryv tank; the number of destroyed and captured tanks has already exceeded one hundred.

In July 2024, according to publicly available information, the analyst could account for 100 destroyed and damaged T-90M tanks using available photos and videos.

The list also includes vehicles captured by the Ukrainian Defense Forces and abandoned by Russian crews on the battlefield without severe damage.

It should be noted that among the other tanks used by the Russian army in the war against Ukraine, the losses of T-90Ms are quite small, but if we consider the losses of modernized vehicles, these losses are among the largest.
