According to Zaluzhnyi, the training of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is currently taking place in 17 European countries. In general, thanks to the partner states, it was possible to train more than 20,000 soldiers. In 2022, more than 600,000 people were evacuated from the areas of hostilities and more than 2 million tons of humanitarian goods were brought in.

Ukraine received weapons, ammunition and material resources from partner states. More than 1,000 wounded soldiers were sent abroad for treatment and rehabilitation. Bomb disposal experts searched thousands of kilometres for the presence of mines and shells and destroyed almost 42,000 explosive objects.
Almost 29,000 servicepeople received state awards, in particular, 160 of them received the "Hero of Ukraine" title. "Every day, the Armed Forces fight not only for Ukraine, but also for Europe, which is close to us in spirit, for the preservation of peace, security and freedom in the whole world. And we will definitely win," concluded Zaluzhnyi.
