Russians blockade village in Luhansk Oblast, accusing residents of helping Ukraine’s Armed Forces
Russian invaders are implementing filtration measures in the village of Polovynkine near the city of Starobilsk, Luhansk Oblast, due to the alleged assistance of local residents to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Source: Luhansk Oblast Military Administration on Telegram Quote: "The enemy has blockaded the village of Polovynkine near Starobilsk, allegedly for 'filtration measures'.
The reason was successful airstrikes on positions of Russian occupiers, so the occupiers accused the local residents of helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
30 residents of the village had already been taken to Luhansk as a result of the raid." Details: At the same time, the hospitals in the oblast centre are overcrowded with wounded Russians.
Only wounded convicts who were imprisoned for either murder or rape are taken to Bilovodsk district. The situation in Bilovodsk is getting tense because the local so-called "law enforcement officers'' cannot guarantee the safety of the civilian population.
Luhansk Oblast Military Administration recalled that the Russians have banned the circulation of the hryvnia in the temporarily occupied territories since 1 January. But local residents are ignoring this, so hryvnias continue to be accepted in markets and small shops. Meanwhile, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are getting closer to victory every day.
Thus, over the past day, units from the Defence Forces repelled attacks by the occupiers near the settlements of Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, Ploshchanka and Bilohorivka.
