Russians attack Sumy Oblast, killing two civilians

Two people were killed and two were injured as a result of Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast on the night of 18-19 September and on the morning of 19 September.  Source: Sumy Oblast Military Administration on Telegram Quote: "At night and in the morning, the Russians fired 19 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy Oblast.

A total of 38 explosions were recorded.

Russian forces attacked civilian settlements with aerial bombs and FPV (first-person view) drones, and fired mortars.
