Russians attack energy facilities in six oblasts over past 24 hours
There have been power outages in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts because of combat actions and Russian attacks over the past 24 hours. In addition, a grass fire caused by attacks disconnected an overhead line, which led to a voltage drop and disruption of train traffic.
