Specifically, among casualties  there are 13 women, 7 men and 2 children.

27 residents of the city were saved. Two women remain in hospital, and medics assess their condition as moderate."

Details: During the day, rescue workers jointly with the utility emergency service workers were removing non-stable constructions from top floors of residential buildings.
