The SOTA Telegram channel released a video of the fire from the area. Local residents reported hearing a loud explosion and sounds similar to shooting, but for a short time. After the explosion, a fire was recorded on video in the area of Moscow's Kuzminki Park, located next to the higher military educational institution.
They write that a shooting range and a gas station are also nearby the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School. The Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School is considered the oldest military educational institution in the Russian Federation.
