Vezha streaming module is now available in DELTA situational awareness system

The official website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on this. The integration of the additional system will significantly expand DELTA's functionality and allow for better analysis and data exchange between the drone crews, artillery, and command centers. Vezha's main objective is to increase the functionality and enable the military to refuse the third-party services used for image broadcasting.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the Vezha streaming module will allow the military to have independent software that will not be blocked and will be improved by the Ukrainian developers for more efficient use in the army. Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, said that thanks to the Vezha streaming module, the military could analyze information from more than a hundred UAVs used by units and capable of classifying more than 4,000 intelligence objects. "Voice communication, joint video decryption and monitoring of the effectiveness of the drone units allow our fighters to act quickly and inflict the significant losses on the enemy," commented Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.

It should be noted that authentication through the Delta situational awareness system guarantees secure data exchange and protection against unauthorized access to broadcasts.

"The new version of the Vezha mobile application is integrated with the Mission Control UAV use planning module and avoids the conflict of the FPV drones' frequencies. This application is distributed exclusively through MDM (Mobile Device Management) - the military equivalent of the App Store or Play Market," the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said in a statement.

Currently, the combined team is continuing to improve the streaming module and expand the streaming capabilities to support thousands of simultaneous broadcasts from different types of drones and cameras.

The artificial intelligence of the Avengers platform is also being improved to automatically detect enemies in video in difficult conditions, such as camouflage or dense forest.

Militarnyi previously reported that the Delta situational awareness system had been put into operation for all units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
