President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasised the danger of exporting Ukrainian drones, noting that this process could lead to risks, in particular, them falling into the hands of Russia. He also stated that possible exports can only be discussed among partner countries within the Ramstein format, who have actively assisted Ukraine during the war. However, there are complications here: some of these countries actually fund the development of drones in Ukraine, but the question remains if they truly want these drones for their own arsenals. "If Denmark gives EUR600 million for the production of drones in Ukraine, does it really want to take these drones?"

But he also stated that countries that did not provide Ukraine with weapons during the war should not receive Ukrainian drones.
Background: Ukraine is exploring soliciting international investment in the defence industry and does not rule out the restart of domestic weapons exports.
