The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on this. The Ukraine's DELTA situational awareness system coordinated more than 50 drones in the NATO exercises. With the help of the DELTA situational awareness system, the Ukrainian military coordinated the work of more than 50 unmanned vehicles of various types, such as underwater, naval, land and air types.
During the exercise, DELTA was also able to connect to and receive location data from Rheinmetall's Robotics-L, a German "robotic dog". Thanks to its mobility, this quadropod is able to accompany soldiers in difficult terrain, perform various tasks and help protect them from minefields.
The exercise took place off the Troy Peninsula in Portugal from September 9 to 27. The military practiced the use of drones for a number of tasks, including anti-submarine warfare, neutralizing sea mines, and protecting critical underwater infrastructure. During the exercise, the DELTA situational awareness system was integrated with other combat systems, allowing for data exchange and separation of own and enemy forces.
This significantly improved the management of operations and increased the level of coordination among the participants in the maneuvers. "A number of the NATO events with the participation of Ukraine this year prove how valuable the innovative developments of our military are for Western partners. The joint maneuvers with NATO, such as REPMUS 24, not only facilitate the exchange of experience, but also increase the level of interaction between Ukraine and our partners.
The participation of the Ukrainian Navy in these large-scale exercises and their contribution is an important step for the further development and the technological improvement of the Defense Forces," said Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernohorenko.

The integration of the additional system will significantly expand DELTA's functionality and allow for better analysis and the data exchange between the drone crews, artillery, and command centers.
Vezha's main objective is to increase the functionality and enable the military to get rid off the third-party services used for image broadcasting.
