DeepState published the video of the repulsion of the assault on its Telegram channel. The assault was repelled in the area between Shakhtarske and Novoukrainka, where the enemy attempted to break through the positions of Ukrainian defenders. The Russians have been conducting the assault for several days, involving about 40 units of military equipment, including tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and trucks to transport assault groups.

The enemy launched an attack on the positions of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade between Prechystivka and Zolota Nyva in the direction of Novoukrainka and Shakhtarske, where many military vehicles with anti-drone so-called 'grill' protection were used. Despite the additional protection installed on their vehicles, the FPV drones successfully struck multiple combat vehicles moving in convoy, which had been promptly detected by the unit's aerial reconnaissance.

In addition, the brigade's fighters organized a successful ambush on an enemy tank, which they managed to shoot down with a handheld anti-tank grenade launcher. Due to the losses, the enemy took extreme measures and sent an armored personnel carrier directly to the positions of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade. In this desperate attempt, the Russian APC met with a Ukrainian tank, which shot it at point blank range.

Due to the coordinated actions, the enemy assault failed, and the enemy was pushed back to its initial positions. Militarnyi previously reported that the paratroopers of the 79th Air Assault Brigade fought off a Russian assault in the Kurakhove sector.

The attack on the paratroopers' positions took place without engineering reconnaissance.

It was carried out blindly, which did not allow for an organized breakthrough to the positions of the Ukrainian defenders.

The attack was fought off near the village of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, where paratroopers are fighting against daily Russian attacks.
