The brigade's press service published a video capturing the defeat of enemy assault groups on its Facebook page. Thanks to the coordinated work of aerial reconnaissance, it was possible to detect an offensive group of the Russian military moving toward the positions of Ukrainian marines in time. During the assault, the enemy engaged several infantry units and three infantry fighting vehicles to support them.
The enemy's first loss was one of the three infantry fighting vehicles, which was destroyed by an FPV drone with the crew and troops inside. Two other infantry fighting vehicles were able to land the assault teams, who took cover in the forest. Some Russian soldiers found shelter under a bridge and began to come out after the ceasefire but were detected and attacked by a drone.
In general, the enemy suffered significant losses during this assault and repeatedly tried to capture the positions of the marines of the 36th Marine Brigade.
