This is reported on the company's official website. The German Armed Forces Aviation Directorate certified the company as a training center to improve the skills of German soldiers in the management and use of drones. Bundeswehr instructors trained by Quantum Systems will conduct training for the rank and file to ensure that the military is fully aware of the new type of weapon.

According to the company, the training courses have a two-stage structure for effective military training. The first stage is designed for those who have not previously dealt with such drones and do not have the skills to prepare them for flights, control, etc. The second stage is designed for military personnel who already have experience in piloting and using drones and will be trained as instructors.

The German Armed Forces Aviation Directorate developed it and aims to significantly increase the number of experienced pilots in the armed forces. In addition, simulator training will significantly increase from the current 20% per course to 80%. Annual refresher training will also ensure that the best skills are maintained.

"Together with the Bundeswehr Aviation Authority, Quantum Systems is setting new drone pilot and instructor training standards. Our two-stage certification approach and the additional support of simulation technology and e-learning allow us to quickly and cost-effectively train the personnel required to operate unmanned aerial vehicles for the Bundeswehr," Sven Kruk, Managing Director of Quantum Systems, emphasized. The decision to certify the company was made after the Bundeswehr announced its purchase of Vector drones from Quantum Systems, which the military named Falke.

Militarnyi previously reported that the German army is equipping more reconnaissance units with Vector drones from Quantum Systems.

The Vector UAVs will be handed over to army intelligence units, as well as reconnaissance companies from airborne brigades and mountain infantry brigades from the Rapid Response Division.

The Special Operations Forces will also receive a larger number of UAVs.
