Ukrainian Defense Industry Develops C2 Vehicle for National Guard

Ukrainian Armor has developed a unified command and staff vehicle (C2V) based on the Novator-2 armored vehicle. This was reported by the press service of the defense company. The main task of this vehicle is to protect unit commanders in combat areas and improve troop management.
Ukrainian Armor said that the vehicle was developed according to the terms of reference of the Ukrainian National Guard's Main Directorate and in close cooperation with it.

The armored vehicle is equipped with standardized equipment that can be used by any Defense Forces unit. In particular, the vehicle has four workstations equipped with monitors.

The vehicles are also equipped with special communications equipment and can be fitted with electronic warfare equipment. The company stated that the first batch of command and control vehicles based on Novator-2 has already been handed over to the National Guard of Ukraine.

Militarnyi recently reported that the fleet of the National Guard's combat brigades will also be replenished with new domestic Novator-2 armored vehicles in the medevac version. This version of the armored vehicle was also developed according to the technical specifications of the National Guard.
The interior space of the armored vehicle is adapted to the needs of medical personnel, with medicine boxes replaced by convenient organizers and special hooks on the ceiling for intravenous drips.

Before the Novator ambulance was put into mass production, the prototype was tested for two months in a combat zone.
The vehicle has already been codified and put into service.
