Background: National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) complained to the ambassadors of G7 about the opposition to the approval of the project of the State Anti-Corruption Program (SAP) for 2023-2025 by "bodies belonging to the most corrupt spheres". At the beginning of January, the EU delegation called on Ukraine to approve the state anti-corruption program, developed with the support of the European Union, as soon as possible.

EU Ambassador Matti Maasikas noted that the approval of the state anti-corruption program would be "a great result that can be presented during the Ukraine-EU Summit" scheduled for 3 February.
