Quote: "The Russian occupiers deployed heavy artillery and anti-aircraft guns to hit the Nikopol district. That night, the enemy attacked the district twice, firing about four dozen shells at the Marhanets hromada [an administrative unit designating, in this case, a town of Marhanets and its adjacent territories - ed.]." Details: Lukashuk reported that the shelling damaged power lines, due to which one of the pumping stations in the hromada was cut off from the power grid.

As a result, nine settlements, amounting to approximately 60,000 consumers, were left without water.

Apart from that, Russians damaged four private residential buildings, an outbuilding, power transmission lines, and a gas pipeline.
