100 missiles and Shahed drones from Russia against 14 airstrikes of Ukrainian army – General Staff

According to preliminary reports, the enemy used 29 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles and 71 air and sea-based cruise missiles. Our defenders shot down 61 cruise missiles. Apart from that, the invaders carried out 12 airstrikes, 2 of which were carried out by Shahed-136 UAVs, in particular, on civilian infrastructure.
In addition, the enemy launched more than 20 attacks using multiple launcher rocket systems."
Details: For its part, the Air Force of the Defen?e Forces launched 12 strikes on clusters of Russian personnel and military equipment, as well as 2 strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems. The units of Rocket Forces and Artillery hit two clusters of manpower, an ammunition storage point, and a Russian anti-aircraft position, as well as two other important targets of Russian troops. Russia does not give up its intentions to enter the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts despite significant losses, the General Staff states.

The Russian Federation continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions on the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Novopavlivka fronts, and actively uses aircraft to launch strikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops. There were no significant changes on the Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts, and no offensive groups of the Russians were detected. At the same time, Russians continue to keep their units in the areas bordering Ukraine.
Russian troops do not stop artillery shelling of the positions of Ukrainian troops, as well as settlements near the contact line. Over the course of the past 24 hours, the area of the settlement of Senkivka in Chernihiv Oblast came under fire, as well as the areas of Studenok, Porokhon, Shpyl, Pavlivka, Ponomarenky in Sumy Oblast and Chervona Zoria, Lukiantsi, Ohirtseve, Fyholivka in Kharkiv Oblast. On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, Russians troops deployed mortars and artillery to attack the areas of the settlements of Hrianykivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Pishchane, Krokhmalne, Berestove in Kharkiv Oblast and Makiivka, Ploshchanka, Dibrova and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast.
On the Bakhmut front, Russians deployed tanks, mortars and artillery to attack the areas of the settlements of Mykolaivka, Spirne, Vesele, Berestove, Bilohorivka, Krasna Hora, Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Bila Hora, Kurdiumivka, Pivdenne and Maiorsk in Donetsk Oblast. On the Avdiivka and Novopavlivka fronts, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Zolota Nyva, Prechystivka, Vuhledar and Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk Oblast came under attack of Russians using tanks, mortars, and artillery. On the Zaporizhzhia front, the areas of the settlements of Vremivka in Donetsk Oblast and Olhivske, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Stepove, Novoandriivka and Charivne in Zaporizhzhia Oblast came under Russian fire.
On the Kherson front, the area of the city of Kherson, as well as Ochakiv in Mykolaiv Oblast, were damaged by Russian artillery fire.
