Explosions heard in many oblasts of Ukraine, air defence deployed in Kyiv Oblast

Details: In particular, Rivne, Kyiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, and Kirovohrad oblasts are impacted.

Oleksii Kuleba, head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, has said that air defence is working in the oblast, and urged residents to stay in shelters.
