The press service of the Serhiy Prytula Foundation announced the news on its social media accounts. "You exceeded all expectations and collected UAH 236 million in 1.5 days! With these funds, we managed to contract 101 units of tracked armored vehicles.
The largest batch of armored vehicles for our army was purchased by the people! We continue to support our defense forces at a new level," Serhiy Prytula wrote in his statement. Among the purchased armored vehicles are: FV103 Spartan, FV104 Samaritan, FV105 Sultan, Stormer, Shielder, FV432 Bulldog, FV434, FV106 Samson.

According to the volunteers, the first batch of 24 armored vehicles is already in Ukraine. The armored vehicle was serviced in the United Kingdom and prepared for the installation of communications and weapons. After maintenance, the fund plans to hand over all equipment to the Ukrainian Ground Forces Command for further distribution.
In the statement, the volunteers noted that the "people's Spartans" will arrive in several batches due to logistical difficulties.

Back in July, 2022, information appeared that the Ukrainian military was using British light tracked vehicles on the front lines. Thus, Militarnyi reported that at least two FV103 Spartan armored personnel carriers were spotted near the front line in the east of the country.
It is known that now the units of the territorial defense are given a company set of these armored personnel carriers. According to the commander of the 127th Brigade, Roman Hryshchenko, the armored vehicles will allow the brigade to be more maneuverable. "This is an armored vehicle.
It enables us to transport our troops unharmed at closer distances to the enemy. Allows the brigade to be more maneuverable. We are preparing to liberate every meter of our land more and more intensively," Roman Hryshchenko said.

Militarnyi also reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine used an FV104 Samaritan armoured ambulance. The FV104 Samaritan is built on the same chassis as the FV103, but has a body superstructure. It is capable of taking up to six wounded or three medical stretchers for transport to safety.
The armored personnel carrier is fast and maneuverable, and the tracked chassis makes it an excellent vehicle for medical evacuation from the battlefield. The FV105 Sultan armored command vehicle was also developed on the basis of this vehicle. It almost doesn't differ from the FV104 externally, but inside it is equipped with a vertical map board, a table along the entire board and a bench for three people.
The vehicle is also equipped with a place for a radio operator with four radio stations.
FV432 Bulldog
Thanks to the efforts of volunteers, the FV432 Bulldog armored personnel carriers, which were developed on the basis of the FV430 series vehicles, should also arrive in Ukraine. The FV432 Bulldog has a steel hull. The chassis has a classic tracked design with an engine at the front and a driver's seat on the right.
The commander's hatch is located behind the driver's seat. In the roof of the landing compartment, a large opening is made, which is covered by a double hatch, and in the back, there are doors that are folded aside for landing and exiting the landing.

This year, the Serhiy Prytula Foundation is going to deliver FV434, FV106 Samson, Shielder armored vehicles to Ukraine for the first time.
These are armored tracked vehicles intended for use in repair and evacuation and engineering units. The Shielder mine laying vehicle was used by the British Army to quickly create anti-tank mine lanes. The basis of the vehicle was the American Volcano mine delivery system.
The vehicle is equipped with 40 mortars, each of which contains 6 mines. All this is mounted on the chassis of the Stormer armored vehicle. However, it is not known whether the volunteers will hand over a full-fledged system of mine barriers or a demilitarized version of this vehicle without mortars.

FV434 and FV106 Samson are armored recovery vehicles. Instead of a landing compartment, the rear of both vehicles is cut off like a pickup truck for transporting spare parts or tools. The vehicles are equipped with a winch and a crane that can lift up to 2.5 tons.
